FORMER RESIDENTS RITES HELD FRIDAY

Services for Mrs. Anna Walters, 100, formerly of Van Buren was held Friday, November 26, 1966, at the Mt. Olive Methodist Church in Van Buren, Arkansas.

Mrs. Walters, died Saturday November 19 at the home of her daughter in Kansas City, Missouri.

Burial was at Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of our Funeral Home.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Sylvia Walters of Los Angeles, California and Mrs Lillian Brock of Kansas City., one sister, Mrs. Dorea Degraffenree of Los Angeles, three grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Annie Walters died in St Louis, MO. Her body was shipped to Watkins Bros. Funeral Home in Fort Smith Arkansas and buried next to her husband Samuel Walters in the family plot at Fairview Cemetery. Samuel Walters died in 1917.
