Gerald Reinhardt KRESS -- Funeral services for Gerald Reinhardt, 62, of Kress will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dan Reynolds, pastor, officiating assisted by Jay Simpson, chaplain of Area Community Hospice. Burial will be in Kress Cemetery by Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mr. Reinhardt died at 3:17 p.m. Friday, July 17, 2005. He was born Nov. 21, 1942, in Bristow, Okla. He married Jean Purdy on July 23, 1965, in Kress. He graduated from Kress High School and served in the Army and Army National Guard. He worked for Star Grain in Tulia for 15 years and was a truck driver for 30 years. He was a member of the Kress Volunteer Fire Department and First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Pamela Quintanilla of Arlington, Angela Stanford of Amarillo and Carla Reinhardt of Kress; two brothers, Charles Reinhardt of Montgomery and Ronald Reinhardt of Humble; two sisters, Thelma Damron and Kay Simpson, both of Tulia; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
