Contacted Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home in Fresno, CA in regards to my great-grandfather's burial. Was confirmed that he is buried in Fresno County Cemetery and was told that Mountain View Cemetery, which is across the street from Fresno County Cemetery, handled all county burials. Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair contacted Mountain View Cemetery and confirmed Eura White is buried in Fresno County, however he is buried in the 6th row, grave 69, not the 12th row.
Mountain View office also stated that the Fresno County Cemetery is in a state of disarray and has been heavily vandalized and is hard to get around in. Many of the markers in the cemetery have been knocked down and/or destroyed.
Eura White's marker seems to have been destroyed by vandals.
