Brian McArthur was a great friend and a man of a big heart. He wasn't a famous person but he was known by a lot of people, especially Jonathan Brandis' fans. Brian did so much to extend Jonathan's memory among others. He was always the first one to help in every problem. He was also first to find me here among all the other contributors and so our great friendship began because of FindaGrave site and I think I owe him the place here.We chatted a lot about this site as well.
Brian, I will always remember you and I will pay respect to you visiting this place daily just as I do in Jonathan's case. Rest In Peace my dear friend, you will always be remembered in my prayers. And I also believe that you will be remembered by many others. Here are only a few Brian's best friends from our Brandisan family:

"Though he often came off as being somewhat gruff online, he was one of the kindest, most sensitive human beings I have ever met. Like many of us, Jonathan Brandis's death affected him deeply, and like many of us he struggled with the question of Why. He was a big man with a big heart; he will always be a part of all of us." - Jeff

"Brian did so much for me and so many others in this group. He was very good at keeping Jonathan's memory alive. He was a good friend and someone who I emailed regularly just to shoot the breeze." - Sara

"He did a great job keeping Jon's memory alive & he told me many times that that is all he wanted to do. He made my day SO many times. I made a great friend and I'm going to miss him a lot. I can only hope that he finally found complete happiness where he is now and sends Jonathan all our love." - Emily

"For the short time Brian and I shared a friendship, he leaves me with lots of memories." - Darwin the dolphin

"He's a great loss as a friend, and as a priceless member of the jb.org community. He took so much of his own time to send people Jon stuff and to make vids for us to download. He was a treasure." - Phee

"He was my friend, the best of the best. I will always have a special place in my heart for him." - Raven

"I got to know him for 5 months. He was an amazing person, I sincerely wish that I could've gotten to know him earlier." - Sarah

"Now we do know where you are, Brian.
You are safe, I am sure.
Take care, sweety" - Kerstin

And here are some words Brian wrote to me on his last postcard:
[...] That was kind of sad, but, life goes on. Hope things are well ... ~Brian
