Hattie Louise Lowrance Howell Yarbrough was born July 13, 1944 in Mississippi. She was the second child born to Vadine and Helen Troutt Lowrance. On Oct. 25, 1960 she married Samuel Estal Howell. They had two daughters, Sue Howell and Sheila Howell. On Oct. 23, 1967 she married her second husband Billy Bob Yarbrough. They had one daughter (stillborn) Glenda Ann, and five sons, Billy Joe, Bobby Dean, Steven Dewayne, Charles , and Jeffery Lynn Yarbrough. Louise worked as a CNA at McNairy County Healthcare in Selmer Tennessee for 14 years.
