Georgina "Jean" Rothlisberg, 90,
Merrill, died Thursday, Feb.18, 1999, at Bell Tower Residence, Merrill.

Georgina was born Nov.15, 1908, in Merrill, daughter of the late George and Clara (Boettcher) Rothlisberg. She graduated from Merrill Senior High School and the Grant Hospital School of Nursing in Chicago. Following her graduation, she became the director of admissions at Grant Hospital where she worked for 38 years. Following her retirement, she moved back to Merrill. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Merrill, Valparaiso Guild, several card clubs, including the 4th Ward Circle.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Ruth Rothlisberg, Merrill; her nieces and nephews, Dr. Barbara Rothlisberg, Muncie, IN, John Rothlisberg, Clintonville, and George Rothlisberg, Merrill; and two great-nieces, Sarah Rothlisberg, Clintonville, and Amy Rothlisberg, Des Moines, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, George and John Rothlisberg; and three sisters, Priscilla, Deborah and Ellouise Rothisberg.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb.22, 1999, at Waid Chapel, Merrill. The Rev. Kenneth Albers will officiate. Interment will be in Merrill Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Monday until the time of ser-vices at Waid Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Comfort Care and Hospice Services or Trinity Lutheran Church "Believe A Miracle" program.
