Tim was the son of Doctor and Mrs. R.H. Agard. He lived most of his life in Janesville and was a 1966 graduate of Janesville High School where he was a member of the student council, Spanish Club, swim team, and The Phoenix (yearbook). He attended Norbert College in West DePere Wisconsin before entering the Army in April of 1967 and was trained at Fort Campbell Kentucky. Tim arrived in Vietnam on Oct 20, 1967. He was wounded in combat on Feb 16, 1968 and died of his wounds a few days later. He was survived by his parents, five sisters, and five brothers. His brother Roger was buried alongside him in 1985. He is honored on The Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Wall on Panel 40E line 17.
