Note:
1) Dates prior to 1752 are based on the Julian calendar. The present Gregorian calendar has January 1st as the first day of the year, whereas the Julian calendar has March 25 as the first day of the year. Also, eleven days were added when the calendar changed. The Quakers added complications as the first day of the month was the first Sunday in the month.

2) A Meeting House is a place for Quaker assembly. A Monthly Meeting is a Meeting House responsible to overseer area Meeting House's and record member civil information such as births, deaths, and marriages plus issue member certificates for those wishing to transfer to another Monthly Meeting.
