Enlisted as a Private in the American Revolution from Newport, New Hampshire, 18 Apr 1777, in Captain Isaac Farwell's 7th Company, First Regiment, Commanded by Col. John Stark and later by Col. Joseph Gilley; discharged 18 Apr 1780.
