AZLE -- Judy Kay Frazier Gardner, 57, a longtime resident of Azle, went to be with the Lord and the love of her life, J.D., on Monday, Nov. 22, 2004, due to complications of liver cancer, while surrounded by her family and close friends.
Celebration of life: Please join us in a celebration of her life from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, at her home, 508 Oak Hill Trail, Azle. Following the celebration of life, there will be a memorial service at 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Lakeside.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Gardner, and her father, Bruce Frazier.
Survivors: Daughter, Misty Gardner; son, John Gardner and his wife, Delaina; mother, Laverne Frazier; sisters, Gracie Sanders and husband, Tommy, Cynthia Adams and husband, Keith, and Anna Michel and husband, Dwayne. She was blessed with two grandchildren, Reili and Greyson Gardner; one niece; two nephews; one great-niece; and a multitude of friends.
