Matthew Caffey was the son of the late Penny Caffey,and Terry Caffey, his father.He was thirteen years old at the time of his death. he was a student at Rains Middle School. Matthew was brutally murdered in his home along with his mother, Penny, and his brother, Tyler in Alba, Texas. He was a christian who was a member of Miracle Faith Baptist Church in Emory, Texas. The funeral was private. Four suspects have been arrested and charged with the murders of the Caffey family.
I watched the "Final Witness" on ABC on Sept 14, 2010. The father didn't let them give them the death penalty.. When he is 84 years old his daughter will be eligible for parole.
Rest in peace, Bubba... Justice has been served...and I hope that the ones that did this were watching FINAL WITNESS tonight... God bless, keep and comfort your father... as he still feels he let all of you down because he didn't protect you.
