Ruth Imogene Wyche, 85, passed away Monday, March 24, 2008 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Funeral services were held March 29, 2008 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with Minister John Orr officiating. Interment is at East Greenwood Cemetery in Weatherford, Texas.
Ruth was born December 13, 1922 in Thrift, Texas to the late Archibald and Julia Griffith. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Village Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leon Wyche; daughter, Wanda Swagerty; and great granddaughter, Amanda Rangel.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandy Person of Wichita Falls; sister, Oualline Williams of College Station; three granddaughters, Tracy Esquibel of Wichita Falls, Texas, Terri Hayter of Burkburnett, Texas and Erin George of Muskogee, Oklahoma; four great grandchildren, Ashley, Kyrstin, Josh, and Jessi Rae; and three great-great grandchildren, Christian, Jessica, and Kaylee.
