Jennifer was a student at Mentor High School.

Her passion was horseback riding. She volunteered her time at the Lake Farmpark Equestrian Center. She had recently become the proud owner of her first horse named Jitterbug. She was alos a member of the Light Horse Brigade.

She was a very caring and compassionate young woman who cared about others.

She enjoyed the company of friends and family.

At 8 years old, Jennifer Eyring of Mentor sat on a horse for the first time during her riding lessons and she fell in love.

Jennifer, who became an accomplished equestrian, got her wish at age 16, receiving a chestnut gelding horse named Jitterbug for her birthday.

Jennifer's mother Janet wanted to keep her memory alive. "I live for two now," she said. "My goal is to make sure that she isn't forgotten."
