-- ROCK HILL - Mrs. Marion Kathleen Hardee Bellamy, 72, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.

The funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 1, 2012, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, with the Rev. Ned Duncan officiating. Entombment will be in Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road.

A native of Loris, S.C., Mrs. Bellamy was a daughter of the late Gaston Hardee and the late Goldie Mishoe Hardee. She was owner and manager of the Bridal & Formal Gallery for 31 years and she enjoyed quilting. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was a wonderful mother and grandmother.

Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Claude Bellamy; her daughters, Debbie Albertson and her husband, Johnny, of Lugoff, S.C., and Teresa Anderson of Lancaster, S.C.; her brother, Jim Hardee of Lamar, S.C.; her sisters, Alberta Cox and Gertrude Paul, both of Conway, S.C.; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Culler, Jonathan Albertson and Jordan and Nicole Anderson. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Norman Anderson.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2012, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Bellamy's name to Northside Baptist Church, Building Fund, 1140 Curtis St., Rock Hill, SC 29730.
