Born January 29, 1925, in Summers County, she was the daughter of the late Leslie and Norma Gill.
She loved collecting dolls and was a member of the Hinton Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl; a brother, Charles Gill; and a sister, Irene Newton.
Survivors include one sister, Mildred Fell of Wagener, S.C.; a brother-in-law, Jack Breen and wife Geneva of Crooksville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services with be 11 A.M. today, Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel with Minister John McCain officating. Burial will follow at the Breen Family Cemetery, Tug Creek Mountain.
