Lightening was the brother of my kitty Mary Jane.
He was long haired version of Morris the cat.
He got his name because of his lightening quick speed when he'd run from strangers & because of his tail. He & his sister had been left in a flowerpot on my porch by their mom. His tail had been damagerd prior to that so it had this lightening bolt type crimp in it.
They both had anxiety issues & the story of their deaths is freaky.
My husband's old boss adopted Lightening. My husband got to see him a few days ago & he found out Lightening had also died.
Lightening died on the same day as his sister Mary Jane. He had just had a regular vet check up & had a clean bill of health. His owners came home & found him dead, just as I had found my Mary Jane.
An eerie coincidence to have 2 healthy cats, litter mates, just die on the same day in 2 seperate households, many miles apart.
