Special music played was 'The Dance' and those gathered sang 'Amazing Grace'. Honorary pallbearers were Russ Cook, Jerry Belville, Charlie Wright and Loran Osborne. Pallbearers were grandsons Allen Logan, Clint Jones, Shannon Elliott, Mike White, Bill White, Lance Malone and Brandon Jones. Burial was in the Beardstown City Cemetery."
