Orville M. Blough, Duncansville, RD 1, died at 12.45 p.m. yesterday, June 1, 1972, at Mercy Hospital. He was born April 23,, 1903, at Hollsopple, a son of John and Martha [Lohr) Blough, and married Roseana Kaufman on Sept. 15, 1923 in Cumberland, Md. Surviving are his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Betty Clapper of Duncansville RD 1; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a sister and two brothers, Mrs. Mildred Smith of Hollsopple, Merle of Windber and Kenneth of Alexandria, Va.
Mr. Blough was a retired machinist from the Penn Central Transportation Co. He was a member of Carson Valley Church of the Brethren and Men's Bible Class of the church. Friends will be received in the Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Sunday.
