David Martin Kyle of 413 Howard Ave., died at 2.50 p.m. yesterday at the home of his son, David W. of 4025 Beale Ave., after an extended illness. He was born in Hesston, July 9, 1888, a son of Anthony and Almira (Grove) Kyle, and married Cora B. Walls, who died in 1961.
Surviving are three children, Mrs. Maye Walters and David of the city and Mrs. Mildred Brickley of Ellisburg; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a brother, James of Huntingdon.
He was a member of the Grace Methodist Church and retired as a car repairman for the P.R.R. in 1954 after 43 years of service.
