~*~ My heartfelt gratitude to: Gina, for sponsoring my sister's memorial, your kindness touches my heart~*~ When we were little we always played house and we had so many dolls. Shannon loved people, and loved being with family. On holidays Shannon was the one who gave you a big smile. She was always helping out with the smaller children. Her laughter would put you in a happy mood, even if you did'nt feel good. She was a Christian who believed in God, she believed in other people so much. Shannon loved her grandchildren so much. She loved her husband, she would tell me how much he stood by her, when the cancer came into her life. Shannon will be missed so much by all of us. Daughter of Vernon Carter and the late Carolyn Dickens. She departed this life at home in Green County Kentucky. She had made profession of faith in Christ and was of the Church of God Faith. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband Pee-Wee Davis, and seven children , two brothers and Five Grandchildren. Cause of death : Cancer
