Age 91 years. Beloved husband of Lorraine J. (nee Gresbach). Loving father of Donna (Stuart) Kurland. Dear grandfather of Michael and Alex. Dear brother of Violet French. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Leonard was a longtime member of the Wisconsin Umpires Association, recognized in the Guiness Book archives as having the longest active umpiring career in the world. He won multiple medals in the Senior Olympics and received the Spirit of Aging Award in 2003. He served in the 3rd Air Force in WWII. Leonard also served as an usher for nearly 50 years at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church in Bay View.
