Motion Picture Director. He was one of the leading personalities of the social and political cinema of the 1960s and 1970s in Argentina. Founded with Fernando "Pino" Solanas, Nemesio Juárez and Gerardo Vallejo the "Grupo Cine Liberación". He directed films such "The Hour of the Furnaces" in 1969, "Argentina, May 1969: The paths of liberation" in 1969 and "Perón and the Peronist Revolution" in 1971, among others.
