Tammy drowned when her car was submerged in Lake Cumberland at the Old Fall Creek boat ramp. She was 34 and a resident of Monticello, KY. She was pulled from her vehicle by emergency responders and pronounced dead on Wednesday, September 24 at 12:45 a.m. at the Wayne County Hospital by Deputy Coroner Anthony Vaughn.
Acrey is survived by her father, Jim Lair, and her mother, Ruth Taylor. She is also survived by three children, Rayanna, Samuel, and Mary Elizabeth.
