Car Accident

Four members of a Brooklyn family were killed Thursday when their car and a tractor-trailer truck crashed head-on.
The dead were identified by Halifax county Coroner Rufus Britten as: Maurice Abrams, 44, Mrs. Jeanette W. Abrams, about 40, a son about 13 and a daughter about 10, all of Brooklyn, NY. There were homeward bound after a Florida vacation.
Papers found on Abrams' body showed him to be an official of the New York state supreme court and Mrs. Abrams was identified as a teacher in the New York City public schools. Names of the two children were not available immediately.
