His family has requested that the PGR be present at his services. Mr. Prunty passed away January 27, 2010. Mr. Prunty was a U.S. Marine, World War II era Veteran. Mr. Prunty was awarded service and combat decorations to include the Purple Heart.
The Mission is a 'go' and all contacts have been made.
Services: Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 1 PM, at the Forest Park Funeral Home, 1201 Louisiana Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101-3909, Phone (318) 221-7181ý. Interment will be at the Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery. This will be Flag Line at the Funeral Home and Honor Guard (escort) from Funeral Home to the cemetery, and a Flag Line at the cemetery.
Staging: Forest Park Funeral Home, 1201 Louisiana Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101-3909, Phone (318) 221-7181ý, From 12:00 PM. – 12:30 PM. Riders Meeting at 12:30 PM. Ride Captain will give flag line/honor guard (escort) information at riders meeting.

(directions to cemetery: Mansfield Rd south turn right onto Colquitt Rd (Hwy 525) then go approx. 9.5 mi to flashing light and bear right onto Springridge Rd, go straight .5 mile and turn left onto Hwy 169, go approx. 1 mile and bear left onto Hwy 789, go approx. 2.5 miles and turn right onto Mike Clark Drive, look for Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery sign.
