Mrs Reese Jones died at her home west of Ewing December 31, 1910. She was in her 72nd year. Deceased was a member of the Christian Church, having united with the church at Cool Springs, Lewis County under the preaching of Rev. John Shanks in 1865. Funeral services were conducted at Mr Olivet Baptist Church and the remains interred in the church graveyard.
