Tante Frieda as she liked to be called was a dovote Christian. She told all of her nieces and nephews about the Lord her Savior endlessly. She devoted her life to serving God. After High School, she went to school and became a registered nurse. She completed her training at Jewish Hospital in North Philadelphia in January 1920. She accepted an offer as Supervisor at Jewish Hospital from 1920-1921. She was a private duty and visiting nurse for some time. She completed three post graduate course: Contagion, Obstetrics, Pediatrics. Also Tropical Diseases in Guatemala City. She spoke three languages, English, German & Spanish. She served 20 years as a missionary nurse in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, C.A. and also served as their physician.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Egg Harbor City.

She spent her last years at the King David Care Center in Atlantic City.
