She was a part time employee of S. Ellen Jones Elementary School.
Survivors include her husband,Donald W.Simon,a daughter,Tracy Simon,and a son,Trevor Simon,her parents,Mr.and Mrs.John McMahan,two brothers,Randall and Nelson,a sister,Connie Thwing of Florida,and grandmother,Clara McMahan of New Albany.
The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Mullineux Funeral Home,with burial in Graceland Memorial Park.Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. today.
