Born in Pittsfield and a resident of Malden since 1942, Rosario passed away at the Melrose Wakefield Hospital at the age of 100.
For 5 years until moving to the Boston area, he worked as a welder in the Pittsfield area. His entire working career was spent working for the United States Government, first at the Watertown Arsenal, Boston Army Base and the the Department of Health, Education and Welfare on Boylston Street in Boston. He was also a member of the Arlington Men's Club.
