Frances Freeman Helson, 90, died the morning of Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Westminster Village in Clarksville, Indiana.

Born in North Carolina to Victor and Zora Belle Freeman on July 23, 1925, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glyndon Ray Helson, both parents and siblings Gladys Caddell, Wade Freeman, Garvin Freeman, Estelle Staley, Nell Bray, Doris Stutts, Betsy Mashburn, Joseph Freeman and Jack Butler.

Frances is survived by daughter Brenda (Paul) Hurst; grandchildren Carrie (Jeff) Hollkamp, Kyla (Scott) James, Casey (Melinda) Hurst and Cory Hurst; great-grandchildren Evan and Grant Hollkamp, Ella, Maya and Carter Hurst.

Funeral service will be Monday, September 14 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be Sunday, September 13 from 4-8 pm and Monday from 9:00 am until time of service. Burial will be in the Sellersburg Cemetery.

We wish to express our appreciation to the staff at Westminster for their care and kindness to her while she was a resident there.
