My great grandfather George was the son of Truman Henry Randall (1856-1936) and Sally Josephine Peterson (1857-1947). After serving in the Spanish-American War, he married Sadie Walker in Elmira, New York on 24 April 1899 and they had two children, Frances Josephine and Leland Arthur. They divorced in 1913 and he then married my great grandmother, Della Eliza Benson on 15 May 1913 in Cleveland, Ohio, and they had two daughters, Florence Cecelia and Helen Louise. George and Della separated and eventually divorced in 1931. He then married Violet Ruth Anderson on 7 April 1931 in Aberdeen, Brown County, South Dakota and they had three children, Electa Marie, George Alfred and Patricia Ruth.
