-- ROCK HILL Mrs. Judy Lynn Louthan, 57, of 3972 Williamson Road, passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at Forest Hills Cemetery with the Reverend Gerald Bennett officiating. The family will receive friends 12 to 1:30 p.m. at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, 355 E. White Street, prior to the service.
A native of Moultrie, Ga., Judy was born March 14, 1955, daughter of the late James S. and Betty Fay Thomas Herndon. A homemaker, she was of the Church of God faith and was a life member of V.F.W. Post 2889 Ladies Auxiliary. Judy will be remembered for her courageous spirit, unconditional love and inviting smile. She loved caring for her animals and flower gardening.
Surviving are her husband, James S. "Jim" Louthan, of the home; her son, Darrell E. Burgess and wife, Heather and grandchildren, Amber and Tyler Burgess; three brothers, Jimmy Herndon, of Anderson, S.C., Eddie Herndon and wife, Donna, of Iva, S.C. and Dale Herndon and wife, Lisa, of Iva; and her sister, Brenda Rick, of Moultrie.
