Slavko Anžlovar was a pupil from Mleščevo and served in the Home Guard during the Second World War. He was forcibly returned to Yugoslavia after the war from the POW camp in Viktring, Austria and murdered, presumably in the forest outside Kočevje. (Source: Matija Škerbec. 1957.
