GASTONIA - Mr. Charles Kevin Elliott, 19, of 215 Eagle`s Walk, died Dec. 28, 1989, near Gaston Day School Road as the result of an auto accident.

Funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church, with Dr. Lawrence McCleskey and the Rev. James Westmoreland officiating. Burial will be in Gaston Memorial Park. Visitation is at the residence tonight until 7 p.m.

Mr. Elliott, a freshman at College of Charleston, was born in Gastonia, son of Charles "Chuck" and Carol Long Elliott. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was a recent graduate of Ashbrook High School, and had pledged SAE fraternity at College of Charleston.

Survivors are his parents; sisters, Miss Donna Elliott, Miss Beth Elliott, both of Charlotte; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Katherine Elliott; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Kathryn Long of Glen Arm, Md.
