Charles was in his wagon, going to the store with his Mommy and baby sister. A truck of people DUI jumped the curb and stole my nephew's life from his loving family.
Charles temporarily left behind loving parents, three older sisters, one younger, two sets of grandparents (California and Canada) Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins. We're all missing a piece of our hearts, but we know Charles watches over us and we' will see him again!!
