A few days ago, G. M. Adams, veteran of the Civil War and widely-known in Grand Army of the Republic circles of the State, died suddenly at his home here, aged 76 years.
He came to Southern California thirty-eight years ago, residing at Redlands and in Los Angeles before coming to Pasadena. He was a pioneer undertaker of Pasadena, retiring sixteen years ago, when his eyesight began to fail.
He was blind during the latter years of his life. He served in the sixties in the First Ohio Light Artillery.
