DiNICOLANTONIO, MARY (nee SINDONI ), 89, of Longport, passed away at home on Tuesday morning April 22, 2003.

Born and raised in Atlantic City, she is the daughter of Anthony and Maria Sindoni who arrived in Atlantic City in 1898. Mrs. DiNicolantonios' family owned and operated the Casa Sindoni Restaurant on So. Mississippi Ave. for over 80 years and the Venice Restaurant on North Mississippi of over 80 years as well, opening in 1901.

Mrs. DiNicolantonio was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed traveling and had been around the world several times. She especially enjoyed her time with her family and always attending shows in the Casinos. She lived a full and active life and loved her family and community.

She is predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Edward DiNicolantonio. Surviving her are her son, local businessman, Edward DiNicolantonio of Northfield and her daughter Julie Malfara of Cherry Hill; five grandchildren, Michael DiNicolatonio of Las Vegas, Lynn Massari of Northfield, Frankie, Robert and Joseph Malfara all of Cherry Hill and seven great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass for Mrs. DiNicolantonio will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, April 26, 2003 at St. Michaels Church, 10 North Mississippi Avenue. Friends may call from 9 a.m. at the church. Entombment will be in the Family Mausoleum at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing.
