Edith Pansy Williams, was a easy going and quite woman. She loved to read. She was very bright, very good at spelling and arithmatic. More than once when she was going to school the teacher would be out and she would be called upon to teach the class. She would not be considered and out going individual. She was a great role model for her children.

CAMPBELL, Mrs. Edith W., age 81, of 8209 4th Ave., N., Passed away Saturday a.m., at a local hospital. She is survived by 5 daughters, Mrs. Lois CAMP, Mrs. Thelma LEFOY, Mrs. Edna BALL, Miss Helen Campbell, all of Birmingham, Mrs. Mary SHOEMAKER of Atlanta, Ga.,; 5 sons, Clifford, Paul, and Gene Campbell all of Birmingham, Max Campbell of Huntsville, Vernon Campbell of Galveston, Texas; 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday 3 p.m. from Roebuck Chapel Interment Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
