Breiding, III, Fred of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at the age of 85. Dear son of the late Frederick H. and Elima Breiding; loving husband of Dorothy R. Breiding (nee: Dieckmann); devoted father of Elise (George) McCoubrie, Fredrick H. (Norma) Breiding IV, Tim Breiding and Valerie (Patrick) Barclay; cherished grandfather of Jason (Noelle), Timothy, Philip (Jessica), Allison, Joshua, and the late Sarah Barclay; prized greatgrandfather of Jacob; dear brother of Robert (Betty) Breiding, William Kirk, and the late Dorothy Gillespie. Fred was also a beloved uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, and friend to many. Fred was a professional photographer for many years and ran his own studio, Breiding Portraits. He also proudly served in the Marines during World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of the Young Marines, Rose Garden Club, VFW Life Member in the 2nd Marine Division, and was a member of KWVA. Services: The Family is being served by The Baue Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 West Clay Street, St. Charles, MO where visitation will be held Sunday, August 7, 2011, 3-7 p.m. A visitation will also be held on Monday, August 8, 2011 from 9-10 a,n, with a Funeral Service following at 10 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 3866 Harvester Rd., St. Charles, MO. Interment St. Charles Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to KFUO Radio, Zion Lutheran Church in Harvester, MO, or charity of your choice.
