A retired bank officer from Bayonne, New Jersey, Mrs. Folger was preceeded in death by two sons. She was survived by sons Robert, Thomas and Michael and daughter Kathleen Kulik. Six grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Folger was 73 years old. She and her sister-in-law, Patricia Cushing, were on their way to San Francisco for a vacation.
