Funeral services to be held on Sunday afternoon in Main Street Baptist Church, Biloxi. Service to be led by Reverend K. Haynes. Family visitation Saturday evening at McDaniel and Son Funeral Chapel, Biloxi. Burial to follow at Biloxi Cemetery.

Sgt. Bailey was a resident of Biloxi for 20 years. He was killed in Vietnam on 15 July.

Member of C Company, 4th Battalion, 21st Infantry, 11th Infantry Brigade, Americal Division. Medals include Combat Infantry Badge; Purple Heart; National Defense, Vietnam Service, and Vietnam Campaign medals.

Died Quang Ngai Province, South Vietnam. Killed outright in small arms or gun fire.
