Little Norma Di Sandro died from injuries in the Andrea Doria-Stockholm collision. Norma died on Friday 7-29-1956 after surgery in a Boston hospital to relieve pressure on her brain from a fractured skull. She was buried in a white coffin and her funeral was held at St. Anne Church in Providence, Rhode Island September 2, 1956.
