-GASTONIA - Mr. Will Barnett, 78, of 1285 N. Weldon St., died Dec. 28, 1991, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. Funeral is 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Friendship Baptist Church, where he was a member. The Rev. John McCullough Jr. will officiate. Burial is in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation is 7 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Costner Funeral Home is in charge.
-Mr. Barnett, a foundry worker, was born in York County, S.C., son of the late Glenn and Ivory Barnett.
-Survivors are his daughter, Mrs. Johnnie Meeks; brother, Clarence Barnett; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
