Callie was born on a Wednesday & passed away from Cancer on a Thursday, surrounded by her family at home, approximately 10:15 P.M., at age of 59 yrs., 6 mo. & 18 days. She was one of four siblings, (two boys & two girls), of Robert & Sophia Henley. Her father was a truck driver for either a lumber company, or a coal company, one of those two. Her mother was a Homemaker & in her past time, would make crepe paper flowers dipped in paraffin wax & would sell them to help make ends meet. The flowers Sophia created were beautiful & she had quite a talent for it. Callie preceded both parents in death. Her parents died in the same year of 1965, both of Diabetes. She also preceded her brother in death, Elmer Henley, age: 48 yrs., 6 mo. & 3 days, a W.W.II Army Air Force Veteran, also listed on her Memorial.

She married once in her lifetime, to a James William "Babe" Agee. A (uniformed, in the 1950's), cab driver for the Ohio Taxi Cab Company in Hamilton, Ohio. She was the dispatcher for the same company & is how she & "Babe" met. They had two children together, a daughter & son. They divorced when their son was 6 months of age. "Babe" moved on to Oak Park, Michigan where he married for the second & final time in his life. He had no children from that marriage, other than his step-children. Callie, being his ex-wife & Virginia M. Agee (died in 1995 in her late 70's), his second wife, both preceded him in death. Callie being first. "Babe" passed away from a heart attack, in the Summer of 2003, at age 82.

Callie was a super Homemaker & a great Mom that dearly loved her children & grandchildren..( 3 granddaughters from her daughter & a step-granddaughter & step-grandson when her son married.) She never saw them as her step-grandchildren. She loved & spoiled them too. She was never a respecter of persons with anyone. She was a lady & had a strong love for her family. I was very fortunate to have had a mother-in-law as beautiful, inside & outside, as she was. She could sure make U laugh when U were down. She loved to talk & she loved her coffee. Two pots a day! She made U comfortable to be around & U couldn't help but love her. I miss her terribly & I still cry over her at times. She smoked cigarettes from early age, on up to 4 days prior to her death. In her spare time, she used to strum her guitar & sing a song or two.

~ ~ ( Her daughter passed away of lung cancer, 10:40 PM, on Thur. Nov.04, 2021. She was donated to Science. Callie & her two children, are in the life Hereafter.)

**~ To the best of my knowledge, in truth, I've written the above bio of my precious & much missed Mother-in-law & her loved ones. ~ Mom of Timothy L. Turner - ID# 4703 9062, Find A Grave Member this day, 5 yrs., 5 mo. & 17 days on Friday, January 31, 2014.
