Jordan Nichole Gagnon, 16, of Farmington, cherished daughter of Robert and the late Cyndi (Burto) Gagnon, passed away on Thursday, (August 23, 2007) as the result of an automobile accident. Jordan had attended Hall High School in West Hartford. She enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her friends, who meant the world to her. An avid dog lover and very athletic, she excelled in track and lacrosse. She also enjoyed playing the violin. Along with her father, she is survived by her beloved brother, Justin Gagnon of Farmington; and by her paternal grandparents, her grandfather, Raymond Gagnon and his wife Jill of Manchester; and her grandmother, Micheline Bedard and her husband Rene of Morris. She also leaves her two uncles, Steve Gagnon and his family of Arzada, CO and Sergeant Marc Gagnon, U.S. Army, and his family of Bristol. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to gather for the funeral service on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Callahan, Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave., East Hartford. The interment service will follow in the Hillside Cemetery, East Hartford.
