Lillian E. Jones, 88, Independence, MO, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2005, surrounded by her family and friends. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, March 11 at Pleasant View Christian Church, 19114 E. Salisbury Rd., Independence. Burial in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Friends may call 12-1 p.m. Friday at the church. Mrs. Jones was born March 7, 1917, in Waverly, KS, to Guy and Teresa (Fanning) Pace. She was preceded in death by her son Bobby Lee Jones and daughter Vicky Lynn Barksdale. Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Edwin Leo Jones
