Stone has carved clasped hands. From the Forsyth County Historical Society web page: COLEMAN BARNES ZIGLAR 1818-1899 Enlisted at age of 42 in 1861 and elected 1st Lt.,Co K, 21st Reg't, NC Inf. Later served in Eli Holland's Co., 7th Reg't, NC Sr.
