He was was a 2001 graduate of Twin Lakes High School and just weeks away from coming home. He was a good kid, and a good father and was proud of what he was doing and stood up for his country and he had no regrets doing it. He as a hardworking, quiet and bashful kid and being in the military after he graduated was always his goal. He loved hunting, fishing, anything with the great outdoors, and collecting coins. Nate was a cool person to be around. He was especially proud of his job and serving his country. He was proud of what he was doing and stood up for his country and he had no regrets doing it. His mother, Jill Baughman is the executive director of the White/Cass County American Red Cross. He has a twin brother, Nicholas Skorup, who serves in the U.S. Navy, Step-Brothers, Ben Baughman, Chris Buaghman, Joey Baughman, Mike Skorup, Maternal Grandmother, Barbara Stryjewski, Paternal Grandmother,Evelyn Skorup. On May 28, 2005 on the new bridge at the Monticello City Park, in Monticello, Indiana, he married Erin M. Berkshire. He was 23.
