She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Bertha Drake; brothers, Robert and Arthur; sister in law, Clara Drake; brothers in law, Miles Block and Russell Warnky. Rita is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Edward L.; daughters, Sandra (Edward) Gilbert, of Centerville and Wanda (Donald) Walters, of Iowa; sisters, Agnes Warnky and Florence Block; sister in law, Miriam Drake; brothers, Andrew Drake and William Drake; grandchildren, Patrick (Lorraine) Doyle, Michelle (Thomas) Stoner, of Florida, Timothy Walters, of Iowa, Gary Joseph (Rebecca) Walters, of Iowa, and Adam Walters, of Iowa; great grandchildren, Mason, Alex, and Chelsea Stoner, all of Florida, Michael, Jacob and Stephen Walters, all of Iowa; and many nieces and nephews. Family will greet friends on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Meyer-Boehmer & Reis Funeral Home, 1733 Brown St., Dayton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at St. Henry Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
