Thornville, O., Dec. 30 - Kinsa Belt, one of the captors of Jefferson Davis, President of the Confederate states, died yesterday at Thornville in Fairfield county, at the age of 63 years. For years he was a merchant of Thornville, but lately had been living on his farm. He was a member of the Twelfth Ohio volunteer cavalry and acted as a dispatch bearer.
